Currency Conversions now Implemented
TweetI’ve just implemented currency conversions in the calculator.
The rates are updated daily (thanks to Ask Flib for the pointer to suitable data sources).
The basic format for carrying out a currency conversion in Calcatraz is to use the three letter country code as in:
However, Calcatraz will also accept a range of variations, so feel free to enter whatever feels most natural.
At the moment, the following currencies are supported:
USD = US dollars
JPY = Japanese Yen
BGN = Bulgaria, Leva
CZK = Czech Republic, Koruny
DKK = Denmark, Kroner
EEK = Estonia, Krooni
GBP = United Kingdom, Pounds
HUF = Hungary, Forint
LTL = Lithuania, Litai
LVL = Latvia, Lati
PLN = Poland, Zlotych
RON = Romania, New Lei
SEK = Sweden, Kronor
CHF = Switzerland, Francs
NOK = Norway, Krone
HRK = Croatia, Kuna
