Calcatraz – the Online Calculator
TweetCalcatraz, the free online calculator, is live.
Launched onto the web two weeks ago, Calcatraz has already been provided answers to thousands of queries. It is a calculator which provides a number of useful features including a complete history of calculations and the ability to create rules which extend the capabilities of the calculator and simplify common calculations.
The calculator is currently in the ‘public beta’ phase meaning it is not perfect, but is in active development and improvement. Already, since its launch the percentage of calculations it gets correct has been increased by 11%. The main focus of development at the moment is increasing this significantly and it is expected that the answer rate will be above 90% very soon (currently it is around 73%).
